Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter: Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ. Please do not send correspondence to this address.
2. The Prize(s): Five (5) prizes available to be won in total. There will be 5 winning grassroots local sports teams in total. Each prize consists of the below:
A set of training kits including a branded t-shirt, shorts and jacket, each kit includes 11 kits. Sizes can be requested upon winner selection. Kits will be branded with the sports team’s name and logo, Coca-Cola branding and the Star Pub name that their nominations have been entered from.
Prizes can only be used as stipulated, are non-transferable to and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited. Prizes must be taken as a complete package. Any breach of this term will result in disqualification, and we reserve the right to cancel the prize.
3. Eligibility: Entry is open to participating in-venue Star Pubs customers of Great Britain aged 18+ only. Employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Star Pubs, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected to this competition are not eligible to enter or be nominated.
In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition and/or claim any prize you may win.
4. Start date and closing date: This competition opens on 21.07.25 at 00:00 and closes at 23:59 on 18.08.25. Nominations cannot be received after the closing date. If, for any reason that the web form is still live after the closing date, any nominations are received they will be disqualified prior to winner selection.
5. Qualifying Products: Coca-Cola Zero Sugar bottled 500ml, Coca-Cola Original Taste Bottled 500ml, Diet Coke bottled 500ml, 16oz or 330ml glass icon Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, 16oz or 330ml glass icon Coca Cola Original Taste, 16oz or 330ml glass icon Diet Coke.
6. Participating venues: A list of participating Star Pubs can be found at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
7. How to participate:
- Purchase a Qualifying Product at any of the participating Star Pubs between 21.07.25 and 18.08.25. Please upload an image of your drink as proof of purchase. Products are subject to availability; and
- Scan QR code displayed on marketing materials in venue or visit www.ccepgrassrootssports.co.uk and complete data capture form. All questions on the form must be completed for your entry to be valid. You will be required to provide:
- your full name;
- your email address;
- the local team you are nominating including a contact number for your nominated team;
- why you think your local team deserves to win and outline its strong community links in max 100 words;
- the Star Pub venue you are nominating from; and
- upload an image of your drink.
8. To be eligible to win the prize, the local sports team must meet the following criteria:
- The team must be made up of players aged 18 years old or over;
- It must be a local grassroots sports team of any level of sport provided it is a non-professional or elite sports team;
- The team must be a registered CASC sports team (registered with HMRC as a Community Amateur Sports Club) and have been established for more than a year; and
- It must have clear ties to its community.
9. Nominations are limited to one per person per transaction. There is no limit to the amount of nominations made by one person during the promotional period.
10. Winner selection and notification: From all eligible nominations 5 x winning CASC registered sports teams will be selected by an independent third party (non-CCEP and non-Heineken) at their discretion, based on the responses provided on the nomination forms. All winners will be notified within 28 days after the promotional period via the contact number submitted in the nomination form to arrange prize fulfilment.
11. All winners must accept their prize within 14 days of our notification. For those who have them a high-resolution logo of the winning team name/emblem will need to be supplied for the prize production along with a postal address and name for the delivery of the prize.
12. Winners will be required to sign a release form and provide a team photograph with valid consent from all photographed for use in Heineken and CCEP promotional and advertising material.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winning teams by email and phone, using details provided on application. If they cannot be contacted or they have not accepted their prize within 14 days of notification, or they do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible local grassroots sports team in accordance with these terms. We do not accept any responsibility if a sports team is not able to take up the prize for any reason.
13. Prize fulfilment: Delivery of the prize will be arranged directly between the winner and the Promoter’s prize provider. Prizes will be sent to the specified address within 35 working days of acceptance. Prizes returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and will be discarded.
The Promoter holds no responsibility for loss or damage of prize after delivery.
14. The Promoters are not responsible for:
- any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by you, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition.
- technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer account resulting from participating in this competition, or mistranscribed data.
- unauthorized human intervention or human error which may occur in any part of the entry process or the process for allocating the prize(s);
- technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition or the processing of entries;
Nothing in this section shall exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.
15. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
16. Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer or completed in bulk, will not be accepted. No incomplete, illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with these terms and conditions.
17. No responsibility can be accepted for entries or claims that are not submitted on time or in full, lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed via e-mail/phone, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or corrupted webpages.
18. In the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, we reserve the right to void, suspend or cancel the competition where it becomes necessary to do so, or amend or alter the terms of the competition at any time, but we will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
19. In the event of a prize being unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
20. If you win, you agree to co-operate (and to procure the co-operation of your companions who share in the benefits of the prize) with any of our reasonable requests relating to any post-winning publicity.
21. In so far as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the our negligence or that of our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
22. Our decision is final in relation to promotional matters and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
23. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material, these terms will prevail.
24. We reserve the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the competition and disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe:
a. there has been a breach of:
- these terms and conditions.
- any law; or
- any instructions forming part of this competition's entry requirements or otherwise.
b. A participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the competition or won using fraudulent means; or
c. A participant's conduct is contrary to the spirit or the intention of the competition.
25. A list of winners will be available by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Pemberton House, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ within 3 months of the closing date of the competition. Only the first name, surname and county of the winners will be disclosed. If you object to your details being made available, you must inform us when you are notified of your win. Please note that we may still be required to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority.
26. If any provision of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by relevant law of Great Britain and you, and we agree to only bring legal actions about these terms and conditions in a court of Great Britain. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.
27. Data Protection: By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have gained permission of the elect for the processing of their personal data necessary for us to fulfil our obligations in respect of the competition and to enable them to enter the competition and/or to claim any prize they may win. You confirm and warrant that all data provided by you for these purposes are accurate. If you exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data prior to the end of the competition, your participation may be cancelled. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain will provide the competition microsite and collect and process personal data for the purposes of entering the competition. Please refer to the CCEP privacy notice for more information as to how CCEP will process and protect your data Consumer Privacy Notice | Coca-Cola Europacific Partners CCEP may collect and process the following data about physical prize winners: name, contact number, address, email address, date of birth and county of residence. CCEP will not retain any personal data collect as part of the competition for more than 60 days after the end of the promotional period.
